You can create oases for each of the communities you are a part of, and invite community members to participate.

Oase takes you privacy serious. Including your personal privacy. This means that you can control your identity separately in each oase. So in one oase you can identify with your full name, while on other only your first name, and in others again with a pseudonym. You are in control.
